The Estate House
Monday – Thursday | $1500*
The Estate House is the perfect setting for any special event. From holiday parties to birthday celebrations, your guests will enjoy the elegance and privacy of the Estate House as well as the gorgeous views from the 3000-square-foot lakefront terrace. *Pricing and availability for Friday through Sunday available upon request.
The Boathouse:
Monday — Thursday | $950*
Defined by its clean lines, open floor plan and abundant natural light, the Boathouse offers another venue option for rehearsal dinners, corporate parties and more. The newly renovated, air-conditioned building opens up to a spacious covered deck overlooking Lake Alfred, which may be used to provide additional space for your guests. *Pricing and availability for Friday through Sunday available upon request.
Your Four Hour Rental Includes
- Adams Estate staff member on-site throughout your event
- Complimentary self-parking for you and your guests
- Standard round and rectangular tables
- White resin folding chairs
Additional hours may be reserved for $200/hour and must be scheduled in advance.
Catering & Bar Options
Catering is provided by our two exceptional catering companies. The Estate offers a variety of bar packages to suit your needs and budget. Self-catering is permitted in the Boathouse only and is subject to a $100 cleaning fee.
No professional catering companies, other than those approved by Adams Estate, are permitted.
All rentals are subject to 7% sales tax.
